GA RDAC Needs Assessment Survey Part One

Georgia’s Rare Quality of Life Needs Assessment Survey is a Georgia Rare Disease Advisory Council initiative created to systematically collect patients’ opinions on a range of topics and introduce them into the policy and decision-making process. The objective is to transform patients’ and families’ opinions and experiences into facts and figures that can be shared with a wider public and policymakers with the hope of meeting the needs of Georgia’s Rare Community. The Georgia Rare Disease Advisory Council will refer to the figures in this survey to inform the General Assembly, Governor, and state agencies annually about the needs of rare patients and families in Georgia.
